Job Summary

10 years of experience in program/project management including 5 years managing large-scale IT programs.
Proven experience in customer support systems and operations (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce Service Cloud custom support portals or internal ticketing systems).
Deep familiarity with SAFe Agile including Agile Release Trains (ARTs) PI Planning and Lean Portfolio Management.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs involving 5 10 Agile teams across geographies and business units.
Strong experience in stakeholder management executive reporting and change management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced highly matrixed SaaS environment.
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist certification.
Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Aha! Smartsheet and Miro.
Background in enterprise SaaS product delivery.
