• Bachelors or Masters degree
• 10 years working for large consulting company
• 10 years delivering consulting or advisory services 5 years working for any Mississippi state agency 10 years working in an Oversight capacity
• Experience working with the Department of Labor
• Prior experience as a contractor freelancer of consultant
