Job Description: The Appian Developer will act as a Senior Java Developer or Java Architect responsible for driving the technical direction of Java-based projects and serving as a Java Architecture SME. The Appian Developer will lead design discussions define architectural standards and ensure best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.
In this role the Appian Developer will design develop and optimize enterprise-level Java applications using advanced Java concepts and frameworks. The Appian Developer will work extensively with Oracle SQL databases ensuring efficient data modeling query optimization and database integration.
The Appian Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders developers and infrastructure teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. As an Appian Developer you will also mentor junior developers review code and provide architectural guidance to ensure solution quality and consistency.
Additionally the Appian Developer will be responsible for identifying technical risks resolving complex issues and continuously improving system performance security and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities: -
Lead Java-based application architecture and development efforts

Required Skills & Experience: -
Strong experience as a Senior Java Developer or Java Architect
