Job Role

Engage with prospective students counsel them on UG & PG programs handle leads via calls and online platforms and convert enquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on UG & PG programs
Handle data calling and online chat counselling
Guide students on admissions and program selection
Convert leads into enrollments
Maintain daily call and lead records
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate in any discipline
Sales experience preferred (BFSI candidates welcome)
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Comfortable working with CRM tools
