Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Drive and implement sales strategies to achieve net income targets aligned with organizational objectives.
* Manage the growth and profitability of the investment business within the assigned region.
* Develop and manage a high-quality sustainable investment portfolio.
* Build capabilities to cross-sell and sell multiple products per customer.
* Conduct regular business reviews with the team to ensure effective execution of strategies and achievement of budgeted targets.
* Identify and explore new sourcing channels and avenues to improve market penetration and enhance the quality of the investment book.
* Build motivate and lead high-performing sales teams to drive business excellence.
* Ensure 100% renewal retention and acquisition of new High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
* Develop and expand the distribution network across the assigned region.
* Increase retail market penetration and overall market share.
* Implement promotional plans and sales contests; recommend innovative promotional strategies for the region.
* Collaborate closely with Operations and Risk teams to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
* Identify sales training needs analyze changing market trends and support channel development initiatives.
* Provide strategic feedback and insights to senior management.
* Achieve and exceed assigned business targets while ensuring compliance and ethical standards are maintained.
