Job Title: Area Development Executive
Location: Coimbatore TN
Education Qualification:Graduate /MBA with experience in FMCG field sales
Preferable Experience:4 - 6 Years
Division: Consumer Products Division
Channel: FMCG-General Trade
Purpose of the Role:
To own the execution of sales strategy for area by achieveing top line growth along with driving sales development GTM analytics capability agendas and customer marketing strategy for the branch inline with
the overall category and channel objectives
Key Responsibilities:
& Business Delivery
Assist ASM in breaking down numbers by SO HQs and planning targets; provide plan vs. achievement updates on agreed timelines
Plan NPD launches in geography as per central team directive w.r.t. visibility criteria distribution targets trade and incentive schemes
Sales Development Agendas
Driving key GTM interventions in the territory
Execution of IT enablement projects at ground level
Work with Branch Capability resources towards building ISR capabilities in territory
Performance Monitoring
Master Data Management maintenance for distributors and field sales
Ensure review templates of geography with respect to key business KPIs are updated - NPDs ECO MSS
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
KEY PERFORMANCE GOALS
Sales Achievement & Business KPIs (Productivity ECO must sell SKUs)
Effective Adherence Adoption and roll out of SOPs systems and processe
NPD and Loyalty programme deliverables
Adherence to BTL budgets
Improvement in ROI of trade spends
