Job Title: Digital Sales & Marketing Lead
Location: Lisbon Portugal

Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist ensuring every digital initiative translates into qualified leads and new business opportunities. You will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy optimizing conversion funnels and accelerating the companys growth in the B2B IT market. This role combines strategic vision leadership and direct client engagement offering you the opportunity to transform marketing efforts into real business results.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Mentor and develop the Marketing & Sales team set clear KPIs and monitor results.
- Plan and execute inbound/outbound campaigns SEO/SEM LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and email marketing.
- Optimize the lead journey ensuring high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
- Create and coordinate strategic materials such as eBooks white papers webinars and landing pages.
- Monitor metrics and performance reporting actionable insights to maximize results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop presentations case studies and commercial proposals.
- Act as the initial point of contact with potential clients representing Crossjoin at sector meetings and events. Participate in fairs conferences and strategic encounters expanding the companys network and generating new business opportunities.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Business Marketing or similar.
- 10 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing preferably in IT or technology consulting.
- IT background is essential with strong knowledge in DATA/AI.
- Proven experience in team leadership KPI setting and results tracking.
- Mastery of lead generation strategies marketing automation and conversion funnel optimization.
- Advanced experience with Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Meta Ads Analytics and AI applied to marketing.
- Fluency in Portuguese English and Spanish.
