Job Summary
Job Title: Revit Structure Modeler & Detailer
Experience: 35 years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings for steel concrete and other structural components.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.
- Coordinate with architects MEP teams and other stakeholders for model integration.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
- Update models and drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings and models.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and detailing workflows.
- Good understanding of structural engineering principles and detailing standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Navisworks AutoCAD and other BIM tools.
- Knowledge of international standards and multi-disciplinary coordination.
