Boogie is expanding its marketing staffing division. Were hiring a senior marketing-native leader to own how we define recruit and place remote marketing talent for global clients.
This role is for someone who comes from marketing understands modern marketing teams deeply and has real experience recruiting marketing professionalsnot learning it on the job.
What Youll Do
Lead client discovery calls to understand real marketing needs and business goals
Translate business objectives into clear actionable marketing role definitions
Advise clients on the right marketing hires based on outcomes not just job titles
Recruit interview and assess remote marketing professionals across:
Design and run practical role-specific marketing skill tests
Stay ahead of modern marketing trends tools and AI-driven workflows
Support successful clienttalent onboarding when needed
This Role Is NOT
A junior recruiter position
A general VA sourcing role
A learn-on-the-job marketing role
Were hiring proven expertise.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- 58 years of experience in marketing and/or recruiting marketing talent
- Proven experience hiring remote marketers for international clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs tools and platforms
- Comfortable speaking with founders CEOs and senior marketing leaders
- Strategic thinker with a structured execution-focused approach
- Passionate about marketing excellence and talent quality
