Splace BPO is looking for a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and communication support. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbox and Email Management: Monitor organize and prioritize an executives email inbox including flagging urgent messages and providing daily summaries.
- Email Correspondence: Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the executive maintaining an appropriate tone and professionalism.
- Calendar and Scheduling: Manage and coordinate complex calendars including scheduling and organizing meetings appointments and events.
- Client and Team Communication: Prepare and send introductory and follow-up emails to existing and potential clients. Request and consolidate reports from various departments as needed.
- Administrative Support: Handle general VA tasks such as data entry document formatting travel arrangements online research and proposal follow-ups.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in using email platforms calendar tools (e.g. Google Calendar Outlook) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in client-facing communication roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or project management software such as Monday CRM is a plus.
