Job Description:
Join our team as a Cook at Autumn View Health Care Facility a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Bring your culinary skills to a rewarding role where youll prepare nutritious meals that make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Menu Execution: Follow menus and recipes to ensure consistency flavor and nutritional value.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness safety and compliance with health regulations in the kitchen.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dietary staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
- Special Diets: Accommodate residents dietary restrictions and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a cook in a healthcare skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for creating meals that promote health and wellness.
