Lexus of Northborough Service Department Luxury Customer Experience

We are seeking a professional reliable Service Valet to join our Lexus service team. This role is essential to delivering the elevated guest experience Lexus is known for. The ideal candidate is polished courteous and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

What Youll Do:

Greet Lexus guests promptly and professionally in the service drive
Park retrieve and stage customer vehicles with care and efficiency
Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery to support service advisors
Maintain a clean organized service drive and customer areas
Follow all dealership safety procedures and Lexus brand standards
Provide a warm welcoming experience from arrival to departure

What Were Looking For:

Professional appearance and positive attitude
Full time availability and MUST BE AVAILABLE TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY NO EXCEPTIONS
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Dependable punctual and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
