Greeter - Receptionist
COMPENSATION: Starting at $18hr - $20hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their needs whether setting an appointment or answering their questions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contact
- Respond to emails
- Responsible for light filing data entry and office support
- Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customers
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE EDUCATION CERTIFICATES LICENSES ETC.
- MUST be customer oriented
- EXCELLENTphone skills
- Ability to anticipate customers needs and ask probing questions
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced results driven team environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid drivers license
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Monday - Saturday : 10:30am - 7:00pm
