We have an immediate opening for a full-time OR part-time
Receptionist based out of the Fairfield Family Vision Center.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors
- Updating patient information
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and cancelling appointments
- Entering and verifying insurance information and patient demographics
- Collecting payments
- Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications include:
- Work both independently & in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Remain organized
- Learn & adapt quickly
- Excellent communication skills
Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
