WhatYoullDo
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional efficient and well-organized workplace
Establishmaintain and continuously improve workflows procedures and internal
processes
Manage vendors building services office supplies and operational budgets
Lead administrative systems including mail handling document management and
records retention
Coordinate onboardinglogistics system access and workspace setup for new hires
Support compliance-related processes documentation and secure data handling
Serve asa central pointof coordination across leadership advisors and client service teams
Prepare internal reports operational updates and meeting materials for leadership
Oversee calendars scheduling and internal communications
Ensure consistent high-quality client service operations and follow-through
Support firm marketing initiatives communications and brand consistency
Act as a culture carrier modeling professionalism discretion and accountability
WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:
Bachelors degree preferred
57 years of experiencein operations office management or administrative leadership
Experience inprofessional services(financial services legal consulting or similar preferred)
Strong leadershipexperiencewith the ability toanticipateneeds and solve problems proactively
Exceptional organizational communication and time-management skills
High levelof discretion and comfort handling confidential information
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systems
