Austins Automotive Specialists is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our high-performing team at our Parmer Lane location. If youre a servant leader who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment excels at motivating teams and knows how to drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service we want to meet you.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and coach shop employees
- Manage workflow dispatch work and maintain quality
- Hire train and develop staff
- Sell repairs/services using company guidelines
- Handle customer concerns and follow-up
- Oversee inventory cash reconciliation and vendor invoices
- Maintain shop safety and step in as Service Advisor when needed
What You Need:
- 2 years automotive shop management experience
- 1 year sales experience or proven sales ability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a P&L and read financial documents
- Proficiency with Windows computers
- Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR
