Ekkinox an affiliate of DRAKKAR specializes in delivering tailored outsourcing services for asset-based companies offering comprehensive on-site logistics management across four key service lines: Fleet Management Dock Management Stock Management and Supply Chain Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ekkinox is seeking experienced and reliable class AZ drivers with at least 1 years of experience to drive on the highway team Dedicated runs and city positions for non-designated locations across Canada. The driver should be ready to cover all types of runs based on operational needs. Work assignments will vary in demand and complexity. The terminal is located in Mississauga ON.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Cover Highway Team Local P&D and Dedicated run based on operational needs
Flexible to cover any type of position based on the dispatch requirement
Drive all types of loads as per operational requirements
Schedule will vary every week based on the demand for operations
Ensure safe use of equipment
Minimum 1 years of verifiable AZ experience
Willing and prepared to be trained and qualified for all types of runs
Manual transmission experience is mandatory
Clean CVOR and Abstract
Professional and safe attitude with excellent customer service

OFFER AND BENEFITS

Annual salary: $100000 - $120000 (depending on LCV qualifications)
Drivers with 1-5 years of AZ experience will be paid $100000 guaranteed salary per year
Drivers with 5 years of experience will be paid an annual salary of $120000 upon completing the LCV training successfully
Travel time to and from work assignments will be paid as approved by management
Weekly meal expense allowance will be paid as approved by management
Paid $250 for weekend layover whenever required
Paid orientation and ongoing trainings are available
Clean and well-maintained trucks
Receive weekly pay by direct deposit
Access to group insurance upon hire
Participation in RRSP with matching employer contributions
Two weeks of paid vacation per year
Uniform and Boot allowance provided
