We work throughout Fairfield County in CT

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care at homes.
Establish a Plan of Care and treatment plans
Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

Licensed in Connecticut
Previous experience in nursing
2 years of home care experience
Ability to build rapport with patients
