Job Summary
The Drafter will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings used for construction permitting and project execution. This role requires precision technical knowledge and the ability to interpret specifications sketches and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed construction and architectural drawings
Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes
Collaborate with engineers architects and project managers
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and codes
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
Assist with permit and submission drawings as needed
Qualifications:
Prior drafting experience required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or related drafting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Strong communication and time management skills
