Youll be a crucial part of the FMOS/RT implementation team managing manufacturing systems improving line event data integrity and reducing downtime. Partnering closely with Production Leaders youll establish work standards coach associates and lead continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and reliability. What are we looking for
Minimum:
- Bachelor Degree Engineering Supply or Technical field of study
- 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing and TPM environment.
- 2 years direct people leadership experience
- Ability to engage and lead teams
- Demonstrated ability in leading change and situational leadership
- Clear ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving results
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing and leveraging operational data
- Passion for technology innovation and operational excellence
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coach associates
What will be your key responsibilities
Owns all Daily Management Systems (DMS) execution and leads the Changeover (CO) Centerlines (CL)
Clean Inspect and Lubricate (CIL) and Anomaly Handling (AH) DMS
Leads Daily Area Value Stream connection point meetings
Conducts detailed analysis on performance data and integrates into Factory Mars Operating System (FMOS)
Drives loss elimination for assigned area to include Line Loss Analysis and development of 90-day action plans to address losses and build associate capability
Leads Autonomous Maintenance (AM) process improvement teams focused on the reduction of downtime and loss elimination
Supports and coaches Pillar activities within the Value Stream by providing analytics and developing standards
Assists Production Leaders in managing the performance of their teams through coaching and skills development
Provide overall direction to Continuous Improvement Specialists including development and performance evaluations
Support Commission Validation Startup (CVS) activities for capital projects
Champions TPM (MSE) AM deployment and all Safety and Quality standards and objectives for their area
