Be the holiday hero by reserving our guests perfect holiday experience.
Showcase your passion for Potters Resorts by guiding guests with expert advice on rooms and breaks.
Confidently retain and share product knowledge with guests while ensuring all required details are captured to make every booking as smooth and seamless as possible.
Build lasting connections and rapport with our incredible guests.
Put your tech and administration skills to good use.
Display your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests.
Set your sights high with your unstoppable drive and enthusiasm to help us meet our goals.
Master communication across various channels including phone email live chat and face to face.
Thrive on being part of an expanding and fun-loving team.
Hours of Work
Full-time working 40 hours per week to help our guests secure their reservation covering 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
Shift patterns will vary between 9 am 8 pm.
You also get to blend office and home working seamlessly after full training.
Qualifications :
We are seeking individuals who love to sell and ideally bring previous sales experience.
