As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) youll be on the front lines of our EMEA growth engine identifying engaging and qualifying potential customers for our sales team. Youll be a key driver of new pipeline by crafting highly personalised outreach sparking meaningful conversations and uncovering business pain we can solve.

Prospect into target accounts using a combination of email cold calls video and social selling (LinkedIn)
Own the early-stage sales funnel: research outreach qualification and handoff
Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across Ecommerce CX Operations Logistics and IT
Identify pain points and spark curiosity by communicating clear relevant value aligned to the prospects challenges
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on messaging campaign ideas and feedback loops
Maintain accurate records and activity data in Salesforce and other tools
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked opportunities generated)
12 years in a B2B SaaS sales development or lead generation role (or equivalent sales experience)
High energy resilience and drive you dont shy away from rejection and bounce back fast
Youre not afraid to pick up the phone send a video or drop a voice note - you go beyond templates and think creatively about how to cut through the noise
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your message across different personas and platforms
Curious and commercially minded - you love learning about new industries and uncovering real business pain
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first fast-paced environment
Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales tools
Based in London (If preferable)
Expected to attend conferences and office offsites
Experience in Retail Ecommerce or MarTech
A technical mindset or strong interest in digital transformation
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
