Associate Corporate Counsel

As an Associate Corporate Counsel youll provide legal support and services to our product and business teams. You will review interpret and match legal requirements to business scenarios and effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

         Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements requests for proposals and other legal documents

         Provide legal support and advice to product and business teams

         Ensure compliance with data privacy security and protection regulations including the EU and UK GDPR

         Balance risks in business processes and decision making

Qualifications :

Requirements:

         Juris Doctor (J.D.) and membership in one US state bar (or Canadian equivalent).

         2 years of experience as a tech legal counsel (SaaS)

         Strong negotiating skills with both legal and business counterparties

         Experience negotiating tech agreements (NDA SaaS Agreement EULA MSA SOW DPA etc.)

         Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients

         Demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations

         Ability to work independently

For this role the salary range is $00 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including skills qualifications experience and other relevant elements.
