- Provide on field medical coverage during academy training sessions and matches as assigned.
- Assist with the assessment of new injuries on the field of play and in the treatment room.
- Initiate communication chain of initial findings to athletic trainers and physical therapists and when appropriate communicate findings to coaching staff fitness staff and team physician.
- Assist in the creation and execution of short medium and long term rehabilitation plans for players as assigned.
- Assist in the development and delivery of individualized injury reduction measures within the academy setting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Athletic Training
- NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- Strong communications skills
- Experience with evaluation and treatment of lower extremity injury
- Flexible schedule for both weekday and weekend coverage
- The ability to regularly lift up to 75lbs in addition to being physically capable of performing general athletic training duties

The hourly rate for this position is $21.55/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
