IT Support Technician

Perfect for entry-level candidates this role focuses on providing technical assistance resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring seamless IT operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to resolve hardware software and networking issues.
- Install configure and maintain IT equipment and software for end-users.
- Assist with system updates troubleshooting and documentation of technical processes.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols.
Skills/Requirements
- Basic knowledge of IT systems hardware and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and ticketing systems is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week fully on-site.
- Contract Length: 6 months.

Pay/Salary Range:
- Pay Range: $22/hour
