Job Summary
The ideal candidate would be joining a large well-established sleep center accredited by the American Academy of Sleep this role you will be diagnosing treating and managing patients with sleep disorders including but not limited to sleep apnea narcolepsy restless leg syndrome and insomnia. You will improve patients quality of life by sleeping well.
Highlights:
- Primary Home Base Location: Sleep Medicine Lakewalk Clinic in Duluth MN
- Ability to perform virtual video and telehealth (TCON) visits per department needs.
- Ability to work independently in outreach settings
- Workdays: Monday Friday Clinic Hours No Call No Holidays (1.0 FTE)
Special Equipment of Interest:
- Full in-lab acquisition systems portable home sleep testing units Actigraphy Inspire
Training & Transition to Practice:
- Upon hire you will receive orientation and training with the Essentia Health Sleep Center Physicians Nurse Practitioners Registered Nurses Registered Polysomnography Technologists and American Academy of Sleep Medicine resources.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Cardiology Neurology ENT Psychiatry Internal Medicine and/or Pulmonary
Education:
NP: Masters or Doctorate degree in nursing from an accredited program
PA: Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
