Job Summary
Cathedral is seeking a dynamic Spanish teacher to join our community for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. Teacher assigned full time course load of 5 classes that may range from grade course pathway is:Exploring Languages (Spanish/French in grade 8)Spanish ISpanish IISpanish IIISpanish IVAP SpanishCandidates should expect to:- Develop rigorous standards-aligned lessons that center scholars as thinkers and problem solvers through authentic meaningful tasks.- Believe deeply in the ability of all scholars to learn and design instruction that encourages growth mindset productive struggle and student ownership.- Cultivate a safe inclusive classroom culture grounded in strong relationships and a shared commitment to learning.- Participate in and contribute to all professional meetings duties and obligations- Communicate on a regular basis with colleagues scholars and their families
