We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Private Banking Team of Retail Affluent Tribes
The responsability of this team is to deliver exceptional service to our Affluent clients by helping them build well-balanced portfolios tailored to their knowledge suitability and future financial needs. Our goal is to increase our share of wallet with existing clients while attracting new Affluent clients from other banks. Our way of working is showcase our distinctive approach products and proactive service modelanticipating client needs removing friction and creating a seamless and rewarding experience for both current and potential clients.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Team Leader your responsibilities are
Positively contributes to delivering excellent service to clients supporting them in reaching their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions that optimize the use of their savings. By consistently providing value we help drive growth within the Affluent segment
Co-create the commercial strategy for the Affluent segment fostering collaboration across all ING Spain T2D teams to ensure alignment scalability and impact. This joint effort aims to accelerate segment growth and strengthen our market positioning.
Ensure to be a first line of defense for the bank acting with integrity and always prioritizing the clients best interest while strictly adhering to INGs policies regulatory standards and ethical expectations. This reinforces trust and safeguards both the client and the institution.
Providing Ongoing Commercial Training to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices.
Acting as a commercial guide setting clear direction and supporting strategic decision making.
Delivering coaching and constructive feedback for foster individual and team performance.
Driving Professional growth creating opportunities for career development and skills enhacements within the team.
