Job Responsibilities
Telemarketing Executive

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

Clearly explain product features benefits and ongoing promotions to customers.

Generate leads close sales and achieve assigned telemarketing targets.
-
Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information to support sales conversion.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
-
Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
-
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during calls.
-
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
Reporting & Compliance
-
Accurately update customer details and call outcomes in the system.
-
Adhere to company scripts policies procedures and compliance guidelines.
-
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to sales and call performance.
Job Requirements
-
Minimum 12 years of experience in Telemarketing Sales or Customer Service (sales-focused).
-
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
-
Confident persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
-
Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
-
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
