Exciting Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner in Toledo OH!

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiothoracic Surgery to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment. Job Responsibilities:

Perform suture removal diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Write prescriptions and coordinate care for patients
Conduct rounding on patients as needed
Perform pre-operative physical exams
Manage an average patient load of 12 per day
Provide call coverage on 10 days per month
Work autonomously with supportive supervision available

Qualifications:

ANCC or AANP certification (Required)
Active Ohio nursing license (Required)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (Required)
Comprehensive training and experience in cardiothoracic surgery (Required)
100% clean background check with no exceptions (Required)
A Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days required at presentation (Required)

License and Certification Requirements:

Must hold an active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
Certifications from ANCC or AANP are mandatory
BLS and ACLS certifications must be current and valid
