Whatyoullbe doing
Asour SeasonalChefyoullsupportourLeadChef and play a key role in deliveringourcateringoperations. This will include:
Cooking kitchen management and deputising for the Head Chef
Assistingwith supervising and supporting thesmall cateringteamduring daily service
Weoperatefixed mealtimes with one or two sittings usingsimpleset menus with two or three food choices.
Your weekly hours will vary across theseason with more during busy periods and fewer in quieter weeks.

Previouscatering experience
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to complete before starting)
