We are looking for a proactive and solutions-orientedParalegalto join our team of approximately 10 lawyers at ALs head office in this role you will not only perform core paralegal duties but also play an active part in improving processes and ways of working. You should be genuinely interested in driving efficiency and excited aboutleveragingdigital tools includingAI to support within our legal operations.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Supporta team of lawyers and export control managersin a legal office including legal research drafting documentspresentationsand communication.

• Assistlawyers and export control managers in preparing legal documents andmanagingfilings with .

• Manageand organizeinformation and documenthandlingprocesses ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance.

• Assistin the development and implementation of AI tools to streamline legal processes and ways of working such as contract review and document analysis.

• Collaborate with the legal team toidentifyopportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.

• Managing grouplegalscalendar coordinating and preparing meetings.

What you need

• Formal educationorexperience as a paralegal or similar legal support role

• Proficientin PowerPoint and Excel

• Interest in AI and legal tech; experience with AI tools or digital transformation is a plus

• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication

• Fluent in Englishand Swedish(spoken and written);
