Job Description: IT Support Specialist at Bing Surfboards
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues within the organization.
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Manage network infrastructure including routers switches and firewalls.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers workstations and peripheral devices.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and effectively.
- Train employees on IT systems and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and security protocols.
- problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Degree in Computer Science IT or relevant field.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support roles.
- Experience working with surf-related products or industries is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $30000 - $40000 annually.
