Daily responsibilities for Administrative Assistants:
People Leadership
  • Manages team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards;
  • Daily management of classroom ratios and classroom coverage.
  • Builds and communicates center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact and labor is effectively managed to budget.
  • Manage daily center operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
  • Maintain student enrollment waitlists and accurate records (immunizations health forms incident reports attendance).
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal licensing regulations.
  • Manage the front desk greet visitors answer phones and respond to parent inquiries.
  • Order and track supplies and inventory for classrooms and office needs.
  • Coordinate inspections fire drills health and safety audits and licensing visits.
  • Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day.
  • Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote enrollment and community engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective families.
  • Conduct outreach events and presentations to showcase our educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create promotional materials and content.
Customer Focus
  • Leads tour with prospective families highlighting key features/points of difference with our curriculum teacher tenure/quality etc.
  • Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress
  • Executes parent pleasers
  • Execution of our Show and Tell
  • Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students and teachers
  • Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards are full compliance with local and state licensing regulations
  • Responsible for accident/incident reporting
  • Medication management
  • Conducts monthly emergency safety drills
  • Manages new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred. At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
  • Must have professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children.
  • Bachelors degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
  • Experience in marketing or enrollment management.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred.
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
