Job Summary

The Salesperson will be responsible for driving new business by leveraging existing relationships within property management companies to sell security monitoring and related solutions. This role is focused on high level relationship management consultative selling and closing long term contracts with decision makers overseeing residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate already works closely with property management firms understands their operational needs and can immediately generate revenue. This is a high impact role for a proven closer who thrives in a commission driven environment and values long term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Leverage an existing book of business within property management companies

Sell security monitoring systems and related solutions

Build and maintain long term client relationships

Meet with property managers and ownership groups to present offerings

Manage pipeline activity and close new contracts

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery


Qualifications:

5 years of B2B sales experience required

Existing book of business within property management companies required

Experience selling services or systems to multi property portfolios preferred

Strong communication negotiation and relationship building skills

Self motivated independent and results driven

Proven ability to close high value deals



Location: New York Metro Area (flexible)

Type: Full time

Compensation: $150000- $200000
