Nowadays were on the hunt for a dynamic Responsible Gaming and Affordability Analyst to join our team!

Position Overview:

Casumo is committed to ensuring that our players are playing in a safe environment and that they can make informed decisions about their gambling activity. Acting as a primary escalation point for RG concerns the position involves direct interaction with players managing affordability and safer gambling checks and reviewing supporting documentation where required.

The role supports the RG & AML Manager with investigations reporting and regulatory obligations while playing a crucial part in promoting a strong player-focused safer gambling culture across the business.

Responsibilities:

Monitor player activity to identify responsible gambling and affordability risks

Conduct affordability safer gambling and source of funds checks where required

Engage directly with customers via written communication and phone calls to deliver appropriate RG interventions and support

Handle sensitive and potentially difficult conversations in a professional empathetic manner

Review and assess customer documentation to support risk-based decisions

Act as an escalation point for complex RG and affordability cases

Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with Customer Support Compliance Payments and Product teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Responsible Gambling affordability or player protection roles - nice to have

• Proficiency in English

• Experience handling difficult or sensitive customer interactions including phone calls

• Strong communication and decision-making skills in a regulated environment

• 24/7 flexibility when required

• You are creative proactive and willing to learn

• You are dynamic and accurate

• You are a team player and bring positive spirit

• Ability to work in shifts with office presence
