Job Description :
the Administrator organize the company?s day-to-day operations. the job will be to provide clerical support to the managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
Responsibilities :
1. Book meetings and schedule events
2. Order office stationery and supplies
3. Maintain internal databases
4. Submit expense reports
5. Keep employee records (physical and digital)
Qualification :
1. Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
2. Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
3. Knowledge of office policies and procedures
4. Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
