We are looking for a motivated Recruiter Intern to support our hiring activities. The intern will assist in sourcing screening and coordinating with candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 month of experience in recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
