Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 3-month contractual role with strong exposure to IT Banking and FinTech domains. The candidate will work full-time from our Bangalore office and will be responsible for requirement gathering documentation and preparation of user manuals and related project documents.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in Banking and FinTech projects
Prepare BRD FRD URD SRS and Functional documents
Create and maintain user manuals SOPs process flows and system documentation
Work closely with IT product development QA and business teams
Support UAT user training and implementation activities
Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory and business needs in the banking/financial domain
Conduct requirement walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Mandatory experience in IT Banking Sector and FinTech projects
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Good understanding of banking processes payment systems and financial applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Contract Details
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance and amp; requirement)
Full-time work from office is mandatory
