Job Summary
Position: Team Lead/Shift Incharge- Production
Location: Ongole Andhra Pradesh
Qualification: Diploma / in Mechanical Chemical Food Technology or related fields
Experience: 5–8 Years’ Experience in Production (Spices / Food / FMCG Industry Preferred)
Salary: 25K - 45K
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of all lines
Monitor process parameters yield and production efficiency
Manage shift planning manpower deployment and operator coordination
