Job Summary

Sr. Officer to Jr. officer - Manufacturing shall report to Senior executive/Executive-Manufacturing.
To prepare day-to-day production planning.
To check the proper status labeling during production.
To follow the procedure with the requirement of current good manufacturing practice cGMP.
To check the preventive maintenance of equipments and calibration of instruments in production department.
To check the BMR with respect to raw material input output and processing.
To issue additional material fro warehouse department.
To check the calibration of equipments like weighting balance as per the schedule and to maintain the record for it.
To check the training & training record of senior operator to apprentice.
Responsible for online of data in SAP S/4 HANA as per current version of SOP no. BMR.
To check the equipment Instrument are clean and operate as per the respective SOP.
To check the manufacturing and packing operation are carried out as per respective BMR.
To check that correct data is written in BMR equipment logs and various formats on line as per respective procedure.
Responsible for performing in process tests as per respective BMR.
To prepare daily production report.
To follow the safety practices in production department.
To give suggestion with reference to cost saving/productivity improvement in yield and other reason.
Responsible for controlling man and material movement as per process flow.
Responsible for managing the manpower at shop floor.
Responsible for good housekeeping practices in production department.
Grievance of workmen solve problem timely and report to superior.
To check the availability of first aid box.
Responsible for production and other activities in the absence of production Executive.
To be responsible to take part and give input & suggestion for quality and compliance monitoring - QMS elements ( Change Control Deviation OOS OOT Incident CAPA Complaints QRM etc.)
All time readiness for internal and external regulatory audit and compliance.
To ensure the compliance on Data integrity GMPGDP.
To monitoring of plant performance indicators.
To follow the statutory legal and safety compliance.
To ensure training and development of the people.
To ensure completion of necessary/assigned SOP/module/quality event based training before initiating GMP work.
To be responsible to take part and give input & suggestion for equipment qualification and computer system validation (CSV) related activity.
