Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B lead generation email marketing and CRM-based outreach. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tools like Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo and ZoomInfo and should be able to build and nurture high-quality sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through email marketing LinkedIn outreach and data research.
  • Identify potential clients across IT staffing and consulting domains using platforms such as ZoomInfo Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Perform detailed market research to build accurate prospect lists and validate leads.

Email Marketing & Outreach

  • Create execute and track targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
  • Personalize outreach strategies to improve open rates engagement and conversions.

Sales Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot).
  • Track lead status follow-ups and communication history to ensure transparency and smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Optimize workflows to improve campaign efficiency.

Relationship Management

  • Engage with prospects through regular follow-ups to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.
  • Schedule meetings demos and introductory calls between prospects and the sales team.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities pipeline status and campaign performance.
  • Use analytical insights to improve targeting and conversion strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development B2B Sales or Lead Generation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • HubSpot
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo ZoomInfo
  • Strong understanding of email marketing workflows CRM management and prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and generate qualified leads independently.
  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to meet monthly targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing Sales or Business Administration
  • Experience in IT SaaS staffing or consulting industries
  • Ability to work in fast-paced target-driven environments
