We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B lead generation email marketing and CRM-based outreach. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tools like Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo and ZoomInfo and should be able to build and nurture high-quality sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through email marketing LinkedIn outreach and data research.
- Identify potential clients across IT staffing and consulting domains using platforms such as ZoomInfo Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Perform detailed market research to build accurate prospect lists and validate leads.
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Create execute and track targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
- Personalize outreach strategies to improve open rates engagement and conversions.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot).
- Track lead status follow-ups and communication history to ensure transparency and smooth handover to the sales team.
- Optimize workflows to improve campaign efficiency.
Relationship Management
- Engage with prospects through regular follow-ups to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.
- Schedule meetings demos and introductory calls between prospects and the sales team.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities pipeline status and campaign performance.
- Use analytical insights to improve targeting and conversion strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development B2B Sales or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- HubSpot
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo ZoomInfo
- Strong understanding of email marketing workflows CRM management and prospecting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and generate qualified leads independently.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to meet monthly targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing Sales or Business Administration
