Architects interior designers contractors and electricians (AIDCE) play a vital role in the smart home ecosystem. As a Consultant (AIDCE) you will be responsible for building nurturing and strengthening relationships within this channel.
Your objective is to position AHA! Smart Homes as the preferred home automation solution among architects and allied professionals by educating advising and supporting them with best-in-class solutions.
This is a field-intensive role involving extensive local travel across MMR.
Identify and engage new AIDCE partners
Build strong credibility for self and the AHA! brand
Develop long-term relationships within the assigned territory
Act as a trusted advisor for home automation solutions
Stay updated on AHA! products solutions and industry trends
Conduct product demonstrations for AIDCEs and their clients
Provide technical support and solution guidance
Plan weekly fortnightly and monthly engagement schedules
Follow up on scheduled Experience Centre visits
Ensure a minimum of 25 unique meetings per month
Track industry developments through primary and secondary sources
Share product feedback ideas and use cases with internal teams
Maintain accurate and regular CRM updates
Participate in bi-weekly monthly quarterly performance reviews
Conduct presentations for AIDCEs and their clients
Handle queries objections and competitor comparisons
Explain solutions benefits pricing and proposals clearly
Engage leads generated through AIDCEs
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
Encourage Experience Centre visits
Strong understanding of AIDCE ecosystem
Presentable well-groomed and professional appearance
Excellent communication and listening skills
Soft-spoken patient and friendly demeanor
Passion for technology and smart living solutions
Willingness to work weekends; customer-first mindset
Mandatory: English & Hindi
Desirable: Marathi and other regional languages
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Preference given to candidates with:
Experience working with AIDCEs
Higher relevant work exposure
6 working days per week
Friday Saturday and Sunday are working days
Weekly off: One weekday (Monday–Thursday)
8–9 hours per day
Up to 52 weekly off
Up to 21 earned/personal leaves (post 6-month probation)
