Key Responsibilities Executive and Stakeholder Coordination Act as a liaison between the President CEO and cross functional teams across the organization Collect regular updates and reports from teams across all levels of the company hierarchy Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure effective follow ups and task closures Enable smooth communication flow between leadership and operational teams Calendar and Meeting Management Manage executive calendars with accuracy and foresight Schedule meetings reviews and appointments while managing conflicts proactively Prepare agendas coordinate logistics and ensure timely follow through on meetings Record and circulate minutes of meetings and action items Communication and Documentation Draft and manage internal and external communications with clarity and professionalism Prepare reports presentations and leadership review documents Track leadership action items deadlines and deliverables Ensure documentation accuracy and version control Operational and Administrative Support Coordinate and support internal meetings business reviews and team events Assist with basic office administration travel bookings and vendor coordination Support leadership with day to day administrative and coordination requirements Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Requirements Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in any discipline Professional Experience 3 to 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar role Experience supporting senior leadership or management teams preferred Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through Self driven assertive and comfortable managing priorities in dynamic environments Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams High level of discretion integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
