As part of the team your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming passengers on board and guiding them to their seats. - Providing information on safety procedures to passengers. - Ensuring all seat belts and galleys are secure before take-off. - Making in-flight announcements on behalf of the pilot and addressing passenger queries. - Serving meals and refreshments as well as selling duty-free items. - Advising passengers on any baggage restrictions at their destination. - Reassuring passengers and ensuring adherence to safety protocols during emergencies. - Offering first aid assistance. - Handling ticketing and maintenance tasks. - Providing technical support when needed. To excel in these roles you should possess the following skills: - Strong verbal communication skills. - Excellent personality.
