As a Customer Success Manager you will serve as the primary advocate for our clients ensuring they derive maximum value from our innovative AI platform. You will manage the entire post-sales relationship focusing on onboarding product adoption and long-term retention. • Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding process to ensure seamless product integration and immediate value delivery.

• Proactively monitor account health and product usage to identify and mitigate churn risks through strategic interventions.
