As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Car Crafters Collision we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident conditions while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. Were currently seeking a motivated detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Glass Technician.
The Glass Technician is responsible for installing repairing and replacing automotive residential or commercial glass with a focus on safety precision and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Install repair and replace windshields door glass back glass mirrors and other glass components.
- Inspect vehicles windows or structures to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Remove broken or damaged glass safely and clean the work area thoroughly.
- Use adhesive systems hand tools and power tools accurately in compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure proper sealing bonding and curing of glass installations.
- Follow all industry safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain inventory of materials tools and equipment.
- Document work performed using company systems or work orders.
- Assist with mobile service appointments as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in glass installation or auto body repair preferred; training may be provided.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
