The Director of Family Engagement provides administrative operational and financial leadership for the day-to-day operations of the departments and programs within Family Engagement; and collaborates with organizational leaders to develop and deploy initiatives that advance the patient and family experience driving strategy towards the achievement of goals.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in related field required.
7 years of supervisory experience required.
Licensure/Certification:
Patient Experience Certification (CPXP) preferred.
