You will own the full sales cycle for a high-growth platform converting enterprise-level employers into long-term strategic partners. By navigating complex stakeholder networks and procurement processes you will scale a mission-led solution that democratizes access to professional opportunities. This role is pivotal for a builder ready to shape a vertical and drive significant commercial impact.

What you will do:

- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from initial account mapping and prospecting to final negotiation and signature.

- Navigate complex multi-threaded procurement processes involving C-suite legal and InfoSec stakeholders at global organizations.

- Utilize disciplined sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure accurate forecasting and effective qualification of high-value opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

- Proven track record of closing complex multi-year enterprise partnerships with average contract values exceeding six figures.

- Extensive experience selling within regulated environments such as finance law or professional services with long cycles.
