Scope
Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and service execution
Requirements
Diploma in Culinary Arts Hotel Management or related field
A minimum of one to two years experience in similar capacity preferably in hotel or resort environment
Strong proficient in cooking techniques recipe execution and plating standards
Proven ability to maintain consistent food quality taste and visual presentation
Experience in training and developing junior kitchen staff
Sound administrative skills with related to Kitchen operation
Good communication skills with proficiency in English & a local language preferred
Knowledge in Inventory control stock management and portion control
